Whether you're navigating perinatal transitions, recovering from narcissistic abuse or domestic violence, or simply trying to make sense of emotions that feel too big or too blurred—I want you to know that I see you. And I honour the courage it takes to reach out.
This practice is built on the belief that healing begins with being heard. I offer trauma-informed counselling and hypnotherapy that gently meets you where you are, without judgment or pressure. My approach is collaborative and creative, drawing from strategic psychotherapy, ACT, narrative therapy, and metaphor-rich interventions to support emotional repair, identity restoration, and the reclamation of personal agency.
